Nottingham Outlaws faced yet another match on the road on Saturday, another tough assignment against one of the most famous names in Rugby League, Sharlston Rovers. Once again a much changed team was up against a physically larger home outfit but they stuck to their task bravely, twice leading before finally falling to a 26-10 defeat against their illustrious opponents.

Nottingham Outlaws suffered a heavy 54-12 defeat in their Yorkshire Premier League match at Queensbury on Saturday. A much changed Outlaws unit did its best to keep up with the larger, physically dominat home team. However with the core of the pack missing it was not much of a surprise that Outlaws gave a disjointed display and whilst they remained within reach in the first half they leaked no fewer than eight second half tries as the dominat home team put them to the sword. Unfortunately, Saturday’s trial game against Sherwood Wolf Hunt has been cancelled. The Development Team are in action next Sunday against Derby, 3pm kick off at Highfields. The next First Team game is May 13th away at Queensbury.
