New League Structure

Nottingham Outlaws are pleased to announce the new league structure for the 2023 season has now been released by the RFL and its all change for the Outlaws!

After Five years of plying their trade in the Premier Division the Outlaws a re-shuffle sees them moved into Division One of the Yorkshire League.

The new league will see the Outlaws come up against some familiar foes as well as some new teams that they have never crossed swords with.

The Full divisional list is as follows:

Bramley Buffaloes

New Earswick All Blacks

Hull Wyke

Keighley Albion

Ossett Trinity

Nottingham Outlaws

Sharlston Rovers

Stanley Rangers

Cutsyke Raiders

Fixtures are still being “tweaked” but it has already been announced that the Outlaws will open their 2023 campaign  with a trip to Ossett Trinity on Saturday March 4th kick off 2.30pm.

Outlaws coach Joe Shepherd was quick to acknowledge his satisfaction over the re-shuffle commenting “a move into League One will give us the chance to play a mixture of new teams and some familiar faces so its going to be an interesting league to play in. I know the players will be itching to get season started with something like five weeks still to go. Training intensity will pick up session by session and by time we head north on the 4th March the players will no doubt be raring to go!”
