Men’s Pre-Season Schedule Confirmed

The schedule for the 2019 pre-season has been confirmed. Tuesday fitness sessions commence on the 8th January at Lenton Lane from 7.30pm. The full Tuesday fitness schedule with details of times and venues is detailed below. Squad training recommences on Thursday 10th January, 7.30pm at Lenton Lane. All sessions are free to club members.
