The Outlaws will be holding their AGM at Lenton Lane on Thursday 10th October and would like to invite all players, club members and supporters to attend. The meeting starts at 7.30pm and typically lasts about an hour and a half.
The meeting will start with the Chairman giving a short overview of the 2019 season in general. This is followed by the individual committee members giving a brief report on their activities from general on-field performance through to financial health of the club.
At the midway stage the current committee formally dissolves and new elections take place to elect a new committee for the 2020 campaign. This the committee that runs the whole club and includes roles to administer the Women’s and Junior sections
At this stage anyone can come forward and volunteer to take a role on the Outlaws committee. These include formal positions such as Chair, Secretary and Treasurer through to general committee members who come along to the monthly meetings to help administer the club. Here is a list of positions that are up for election

As a club we are always looking for willing volunteers who are prepared to come along and help the club function and we are particularly keen to bolster the presence of representatives for the Juniors and Women’s Sections of the club.
If you want to get involved with the running of the club or as a member you just fancy coming along to learn more about how the club is performing, then come along on the 10th (and the bar will be open for refreshments too!).
