NOTTINGHAM TRENT UNIVERSITY RL

Nottingham Trent University 1st Team are taking the step up into Premier League South in 2007/08. The 2nd Team will be competing in the Midlands 'A' League against the likes of Loughborough 3rds and Nottingham 2nds.

Former Trent Player of the Year and current Outlaws star George Strachan will be forming a coaching partnership with Outlaws Academy Coach Joe Shepherd. Outlaws Academy players Kalvin Cunningham, Dan Mangham, Rory McQueen, Tom Metcalf and James Sadler will be firing on all cylinders as the team looks to cement its place in Premier League South.

A traditional highlight of the season is the annual Varsity Match against the University of Nottingham.
