Nottingham Outlaws are committed to the long-term development of local Rugby League players. The pathway illustrated below highlights the internal (i.e. within the club) and external opportunities currently available to players who join the Outlaws. This pathway aims to cater for all playing standards within the club, ranging from social players to competitive players, with high performance exit routes for talented individuals who are committed to the sport of Rugby League.
