NRL-TAG | |
Nottingham Rugby League (NRL) Tag restarts on Wednesday 28th April, 6.30-7.30pm at Victoria Embankment. This will be an informal version of the full game using tag belts instead of tackling, allowing a range of ages, ability levels and sizes to join in. The basis for this new activity for the Outlaws is to provide an opportunity for people to enjoy the sport of Rugby League in a relaxed social environment. The teams will be put together on the night allowing players to mix and meet new people. We will be playing as many of the rules of the full game with a few little amendments to allow the tags to be used fully. This gives those new to the game a chance to learn the rules in a game situation which is always more fun. We will be playing at the Victoria Embankment on the edge of the Meadows and we will be asking for a small contribution of £1 per night to help club funds to cover equipment.
